By reporting concerns through the Ethics Hotline, you are not only fulfilling your ethical and legal obligations as Netcracker employee but also contributing to a safer, more transparent and accountable workplace for everyone. Whether you have observed unethical behavior or misconduct, potential violations of laws or regulations, or have concerns about violation of company policies, we encourage you to use Netcracker Ethics Hotline to report your concerns. Your voice matters and your input is invaluable in helping us to maintain a culture of integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This Netcracker Ethics Hotline is managed by an independent third-party provider to enable you to report your concerns in a confidential and anonymous manner. Reports can be made 24/7 via online submission, by phone or regular mail to report a variety of ethical, integrity, and compliance issues. In submitting a report, you may choose to remain anonymous or, identify yourself and provide information as to how Netcracker can contact you directly if additional details are desired. In either case, all submissions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

If a manager becomes aware of a potential compliance violation within their reporting organization, the manager is obligated to report such violation without undue delay via whichever reporting mechanism is chosen.
